God555 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

God555 (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "god555.run") is an online entertainment platform offering live casino, slots, Sports Betting, baccarat, badminton, and e-sports services to eligible users. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between god555 and every user who accesses or uses our platform.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you register a god555 account or from the date you first use any of our services, whichever is earlier. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use god555's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or company.
• You not on any exclusion or prohibited list any relevant regulatory body or has a record of fraud on other online gambling platforms.
• You understand that online gambling activities may be subject to local laws in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with applicable local laws.
• You not diagnosed with a gambling addiction or are currently receiving treatment for a gambling-related problem. If you or a loved one is affected, please use our self-limit tools or contact our support team.
• You registered of their own free will and fully understand the risks involved in games of chance.

3Registration & Account Management

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. god555 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by a member.

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one god555 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach that may result in the freezing and forfeiture of all balances.
• Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Last updated: Any changes to your personal information (email address, phone number) must be updated in your account profile promptly.
• Identity verification: god555 follows standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to submit a copy of your ID, a utility bill, or other relevant documents.
• Payment method: All payment methods registered to your account must be in your own name. god555 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

God555 supports a variety of secure and convenient deposit methods for our Malaysian members. All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• God555 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your god555 account instantly. If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes, please contact our customer support.
• God555 reserves the right to decline deposits from unverifiable sources or those suspected of being linked to illegal activity.

5Withdrawals

We understand how important it is to access your winnings quickly. god555 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals efficiently and transparently.

• Processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm). Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next working day.
• KYC verification is mandatory: Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect the security of your account.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and must be in the name of the registered member.
• Daily withdrawal limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.
• Security check: god555 reserves the right to temporarily delay withdrawals while routine security checks are being carried out. You will be notified if this occurs.
• Unplayed deposits: god555 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of RM 30 for the withdrawal of deposits that have never been used for gameplay.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

God555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses received must have their wagering requirements fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. These requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms (e.g., a x20 bonus means you must wager a total of 20 times the bonus value).
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set expiry period. Any bonus not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games. For example, a slots bonus cannot be used on baccarat tables or Sports Betting unless otherwise stated.
• god555 reserves the right to cancel any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of the terms of use.

7Casino Game Rules

All casino games at god555 — including baccarat, jackpot slots, roulette, blackjack, and Live Casino — are operated in accordance with international industry-standard rules. The following general rules apply:

• Game results are final: Once a game round is completed, the result is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical failure: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, god555 will refund your bet based on the game state at the time of the disruption. Any unrecorded pending winnings will not be paid out.
• Betting limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed before the game begins. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Use of automated software: The use of bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• RNG and fairness: All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games at god555 are independently audited to ensure fairness. Players may request an audit report if needed.

8Sports Betting & Live Matches

The god555 Sports Betting platform covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), BWF badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following additional terms apply to sports betting:

• Bets accepted: A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the god555 system. Unconfirmed bets cannot be claimed.
• Odds changes: Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. god555 applies the odds at the time of confirmation, not at the time the bet was placed.
• Match cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be fully refunded. If a match starts but is cancelled before completion, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the specific policy of the relevant tournament.
• In-play betting: For in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted during a data disruption or system failure may be voided.
• Betting limits: god555 reserves the right to limit the bet amount for specific markets or matches without providing a reason.
• Fraud detection: Any attempt to manipulate match outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the odds-setting system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Accepted Member Conduct

God555 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Members are required to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• You must not use offensive, threatening, or harassing language any god555 staff member or other member on our platform.
• You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability of god555's technical infrastructure.
• Usage VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or to access services unavailable in your region is prohibited.
• You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live table games.
• Any form of money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their god555 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. The following conditions apply:

• Balance withdrawal: Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Closure by god555: god555 reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a security concern.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from god555 for responsible gaming reasons, you may apply for a temporary account suspension for a duration of your choosing. This is part of our responsible gaming programme.
• Balance upon closure: If an account is closed by god555 due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity will not be refunded.

11god555 Liability Limits

While god555 strives to provide the best possible service, certain limitations apply to our liability:

• God555 not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, third-party software failures, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• We does not guarantee winnings in any game. All games involve the risk of loss, and players are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.
• God555's maximum liability to any member within a 12-month period is limited to the net deposit amount placed during that period.
• God555 accepts no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

12Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

God555 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the god555 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account before those changes come into effect.
